All activities of the company are for customer satisfaction even if not directly related to the customers. Every employee has to improve customer satisfaction. The company provides any necessary support for its employees for this purpose. Eska Telekomünikasyon periodically revises and updates its business processes in order to work more productively and efficiently. Supervisions are performed for customer satisfaction within the company, and decisions for actions are made and improvements are made according to these supervisions.
